Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have applied to get my degree which is still stuck in University. This is very important as my job is on stake. i am from batch 2007 to 2009. i have applied for degree multiple times but no resolution however i have applied again online and paid fees 500. Application ID is 1247030. its been years but there is no progress.
please help.
