Dr B. R. Ambedkar University — absence of officials

Dr br ambedkar university, agra... Dinesh shukla, incharge of nomination (Namankan) vibhag is continuously absent from his office. He never comes before 12 am and leaves inappropriately soon after. Outsiders suffer largely because of him.

The other officials in the department also don't know about his presence or absence. We have to visit the university daily only to check whether he is there or not.
