Dear sir, i applied online for b. A 2007 degree and did online payment as 500 rs. Almost 10 months gone but no positive response from university in online complain portal. 4 times i have registered complain but no solution. As per tracking record it shows on 23 jan 2019 it has been dispatched but where is it, no positive response. We request you please help us to deliver it on urgent basis as pending for long.
