Dr B. R. Ambedkar University — I am complaining about my degree.

I have been applied for my graduation degree with online process o[censored]niversity approximately one month ago. That same time i paid rs 500 as degree fee. Transaction id of that transaction is jhmp[protected].
But i didn't get my degree yet. Also i didn't get any call or mail regarding this request.
I am continually calling on their landline no but no getting any response from there side. I need my degree on urgent basis.
