Dr B. R. Ambedkar University — non issuance of my degrees

Sir, i have deposited fee for my degree for b.com, m.com & pgdbm vide challan no. 399949, 399956 & 399954 dtd. 7.10.2013 with the assuarance that i will received my all degree with in next 6 months but almost 5 years have been passed but i have not received any degree till date.

My employer is pressing hard to submit the original degree instead of provisional.
