Dr B. R. Ambedkar University — not receiving degree of b.ed .& b.a.after applying online in 2 months

I applied for my degree of b.ed.2007 online application id-1023704 DTS id- T106469 on[protected] and B.A.final of session 2002 degree by application id-1023698 DTS id- T106471 on[protected] by depositing fee 500 for each.but ldid not get it after 2 months.I am in great need.please take nessessary step and inform me.I heard that V.C.Mahoday is trying to send degrees free of cost but I paid fee already for it while it should be duty o[censored]niversity to send degrees to candidate free of cost because candidate has paid fee already for it during his study. I want reply from any authorized person- in how many days a candidate will get degree after online applying? what is time limit to send degrees to candidate? Please reply
