Dr B. R. Ambedkar University — provisional degree certificate delaying

Sir i have applied for provisional and original degree certificate of b.com that i have completed in 2011. I have summited the request online on 25/10/2018 and summited the amount of 500+150 online
For both and enquired from the degree depatment about the time of process they told me that within 10 days you will receive the provisional certificate at your residence by post and on mail also but i haven't received it and i need it urgently as i have been selected in dsssb as tgt and i have to fill e-dosier asap so kindly help me to get atlest my provisional degree at my address asap. I will be very thankful if you process it fast. My degree application id is 1029625.
