I have completed b. H. M. S. Course from nhmc, lucknow in 2013 (Including internship) which is affiliated to dr. B. R. Ambedkar university, agra. I have applied for bhms degree and paid university fees through online mode (Enrollment no. 06111465, application id 86368, transaction id lhmp[protected]) but i have not received the degree till yet. Please help me to get my bhms degree.
