My name is sangita nayak and i hv submitted fee online for the degree in 2017 till i haven't received degree
I visited the campus recently, i need degree for the counseling o[censored]p teacher vacancy 6900

Now problem is that they are also not providing provisional certificate
They have given the letter
Written in the letter

२०१२ सत्र की बी.ेड परीक्षा की जाँच चल रही उसके लिए समिति बैठै गयी है अतः जाँच पूरी होने क बाद सर्टिफिकेट निर्गत किये जायेगें

Please advice me that letter is "ok" for counseling
