My self Dr Nilesh Nayak my employee id 01356 in dr Batra's They suspended me from company on 4 feb 2023. In this company totally target based work. Patients are not important to them at all. Only money is important. So in order to complete the monthly Target 🎯 they push and give presure to drs and employees. I will make video of it and I have too many dissatisfied patients of Dr batra's I will make total video on my you tube channel and share my 1 year experience of being here in dr Batra's from last 16 days they are non responsive to me and I am at home. What can I do as 4 year bond with Dr Batra's they are totally non responsive. They make a bond and take security cheque from a doctor 2 lakh and 4 lakh as per bond. I am getting totally mentally harrasment. As I am diabetic patient type 1 since 18 years. I am stuck from both side. I have all documents and proof how patients getting no any results too many patients are in contact with me. As a doctor -patient relationship. They share me about bad experience of Dr batra's.
Kindly help me I am going to file a case in employees authority and human rights also.

But to my surprise when I checked the item I found that hydrogen peroxide is used in the cream developer for which I’m allergic to.
Hence I request you to please arrange to take back the item and return my money of Rs. 739/-.

Patient id is[protected], had paid 18000 in jan 2023 for 12 months treatment, now i would like to discontinue, appreciate refund

I paid 6500 for my treatment for 3 months at Dr batra's clinic at chowpatty mumbai.I have used the medicines for 5 days.I am in dire need of money, so I wanted to cancel my treatment and want my refund back, but when I called their customer care they told me that refund is not possible.I have hardly used their medicines, please deduct whatever the charges are and refund my money.

I am getting spam calls from automated call response from Dr Batras mobiles phones [protected] and other numbers...i am getting number of calls per day...i never ever registered my number any where with batras...If they dont stop spam calls to me without the difference of day and night i will lodge a complaint with the local police station...I want them to unsubscribe my mobile number [protected] immediately from their spam calls...i dont want any of their services.

I went in for the hair loss and took their yearly plan of Rs 17, 000/- on 16 Jan 2023 and now I have found out after diagnosis that I have other issues and will take the treatment from the other(outside). So, I want my refund back excluding the fee of treatment that they given till i.e, 10-12 days.
I reached out to their customer care and clinic but no help.
Kindly look into this and issue my refund.

I am very much disappointed now as I don't see any improvements neither hairfall controlled nor dandruff. When Dr sadiya mam suggested to take new hair treatments I just believed and had invested a lot hard earned money and time. But I didn't get any return on my investment. At the time of admission, Dr said it's guaranteed sessions and new hairs will grow within few session. Hence I just believed in fake promise and lost my more than 1 lakh rupees and precious time. Now I want my money back or new hairs on my scalp. Looking forward hearing back from you soon. Thanks ...!!!

I have consulted Dr. Batra's clinic on Jan 20, 2023 for my acne skin problems and they have preferred me to do therapy plus medication procedure for one year and didn't told me that the payment is not refundable and I have made transaction of 34k INR for therapy essentials.

But unfortunately my parents are not allowing me to do so, because there's some medical emergency in my family so I have told the same to the staff of Dr. Batra's clinic at the same day (just 15 mins after I have consulted) near ashram road, Ahmedabad.

They have not given the whole information about the payment. (They have given one form to write my personal information like name and contact number and address before the consultation on that time I even don't know about this therapy And medication procedure, obviously no one will know that kind of things)

I have requested on the same day for the refund that I will not go for any therapy and medication. And I did not even signed the bills or any forms. They have just given the soft copies on my number.

And declined to give refund.

Nobody will ever waste the money of arround 34k (such a huge amount) so it's necessary to receive refund from your side. And the main reason is there's some medical emergency going on in my family.

I personally know your police as I'm also a casulty medical officer in vs hospital, Ahmedabad.

But I'm requesting you to check out for my refund and please do the needful.

I'm attaching the files below for your reference. As you can see my patient ID and bill payment of mine that I have done.

I had paid 34, 000 INR for skin treatment therapy(on January, 20th, 2023) for 1 year.

And on the same day, I realised I don't want it due to personal medical and financial emergency and hence went to the Dr. Batra's clinic on the very same day, and asked for refund.

They said, Wait till Monday(23rd January, 2023), We will update you on the same.

On Monday, they said they can't refund for the reasons I had given.

When I paid they didn't mention that the payment is not refundable/cancellable. They misguide and when you ask for the refund instantly they say it is not refundable

Hi, I had taken a dandruff treetment with dr batras but didn't see any results with the medicines n powder provided. So I asked them to refund my money as I wanted to utilize it with some other doctor who can treat it..but they clearly told me that refund won't be possible and available any other service in place of that..Now I visited again today to understand what else can be done with my remaining months money so now they tell me that there was a one year policy and my treetment is expiring in two months so any other treatment that I wish to available can be done in these 2 months only. THIS WAS NEVER CONVEYED THAT ITS FOR 1 YEAR ONLY, NO CONTRACT WRITTEN DOCUMENT OR SENT OVER EMAIL WAS GIVEN TO ME ABOUT THIS 1 YEAR THING. I need my 10k back as I have only availed 4 sessions out of 12 sessions. Please help me get my hard earned money back so that I can utilize it for proper treatment. They are literally trying to thug people here, dr batras has been a watte of my time energy and money.

I paid ₹16, 000 for my sister's hair treatment at dr.batra's but then her problem was still there so i took a second opinion, according to senior doctor at apollo hospital with over 35 years of experience was confident that their diagnosis was not accurate, then we took their treatment which helped my sister recover but as we took no treatment from dr.batra's i would like my money back where it belongs. It will be really appreciated, it's the right thing to do afterall. That's my hard earned money which i would like to put it in use.

I don't want to take any treatment bcos now my mother is not allowing me to do. I have reached Dr batras clinic in Vashi Mumbai on 12th Dec 2022. as they have special discount for students i took 6 month plan. 1st i don't want to take this plan but they finally convinced me to take this. In 13th Dec only i called doctor and told them that I don't want to take this treatment bcos my mother is not allowing she said homeopathy is not suitable for me. They gave one month medicine and I told them that don't give that one month money but remaining 5 month please refund. But they are saying we don't have any refund policy. They didn't tell this thing before I pay the money otherwise i would never take this treatment
Letting me know the refund policy is a simple thing, but they are trying to take me to the other end. Please help. I'm facing lot of financial issue.

The customer care service of dr batra's is very bad.

I started my treatment for ### itching issue from 9th of October.
It's been 2 months that itching is still worse
There is no improvement.
Looks like the doctors are jst good at theory study and marketing for subscription theirservice.
It looks the doctors are incapable of treating my issue.
It's waste of my time and money.
So i want my money to be refunded, so that I can look for other doctors who can treat this issue soon.
I paid about 17600 for this issue as they said it would take 6 months of time but on a safer side they asked me to take 1 year of subscription.
They are just doing marketing and thugging patients

As I Started My Treatment At Dr. Batra’s Vadodara Branch On 13 September 2022.I Was Asked To Pay Advance Money For One Year Treatment. I Paid 18, 000/- For My Treatment. And Now Its 4th December 2022.Due To Some Reasons I Want To Quit My Treatment. I Talked To The Head Doctor Of The Clinic Dr. Refused To Refund The Money And Said There Is No Refund Policy. 18, 000/- Is Not Such Small Amount. They Can Cut The Charges Of My One Month Of Treatment. I Kindly Appeal To Make Me Refund Of My Money At Any Cost.
