As I Started My Treatment At Dr. Batra’s Vadodara Branch On 13 September 2022.I Was Asked To Pay Advance Money For One Year Treatment. I Paid 18, 000/- For My Treatment. And Now Its 4th December 2022.Due To Some Reasons I Want To Quit My Treatment. I Talked To The Head Doctor Of The Clinic Dr. Refused To Refund The Money And Said There Is No Refund Policy. 18, 000/- Is Not Such Small Amount. They Can Cut The Charges Of My One Month Of Treatment. I Kindly Appeal To Make Me Refund Of My Money At Any Cost.

I cancelled my appointment on 27 of November 2022 and since then I have mail a lot many times for my refund they not even bother to reply me back or initiate the refund i don't know what's happening on the other side please help me i am student their executives are not even responding properly. It was a refund issue for 199 rs. Please help

This is regarding Dr. Bhatras Treatment my family is undergoing in RT Nagar.
I started with my daughter for one year for hair-fall problems, all was fine till they asked me to buy an extension of the treatment.
In the last six months or so there was a change of four doctors which didn't allow us to adjust to medicine or doctors and the hair fall problems increased with each visit.
The marketing team convinced us to start a treatment program even for my son, which I did.

Today( 20/11/2022) I booked a courier service to pick up the medicines from the Clinic and deliver it to my place. They delivered another patient's medicines instead of my son's, but that's not the worst part about it, they refused to pay the money for the courier to get the medicines for the second time! I had to pay 120 rupees just to get the medicines and wasted my entire evening coordinating with the courier guys

I want a refund for my daughter's medicines.
For my son, I want to shift my center from RT Nagar to any other place preferably Jayanagar

This is to inform about the lack of clarity and poor customer service i am getting from doctor Batra outlet at kolkata-thakurpukur. I have been a patient there for last several months(almost a year) to treat hair fall issues.

I took all the medicines prescribed to me and then did the hair regrow therapy for several months..and it cost me more than rs64000...after all the money and effort i lost significant part of my hair ..so instead of improvement it was actually detrimental to my hair and it resulted in me getting more depressed and now it's affecting my mental health along with my looks...I informed the details to the doctor Abhishek Chaturvedi. And he mentioned he would refund a portion of the treatment money. So I thought of going for cosmetic surgery with that..now i have been following up for several weeks..they don't reply to WhatsApp ping and also most of times don't pickup calls..once or twice they have informed me that money refund is being progressed..but still no update from them

I am chasing every week but no response..i am on verge of depression n panic attack'..insted of solving my hairfall issue they have made it worst and now not keeping their word..the people working they Debu and sushmita have generally been helpful..but now they are also not replying..hoping for a quicker solution n money refund ASAP. So I can do some proper medical treatment.

I ordered a product from Dr batra's website on 30 october'22 . i received an order confirmation mail . but the product is not delivered yet . there is no response from their customer support team either .

I have registered my mother for Batra's on July 30 2021 for thyroid and diabetes treatment. As we are moving to New place which is far from the batra clinic, reaching to the clinic will cost us approximately 9hrs. Which is not possible for us. We want to terminate the Consultation. Kindly initiate the termination process and refund the us the remaining amount.

I have started my Hair fall treatment before three months from Agra Sanjay place Dr Batra's Clinic.
I did not take any therapy and still they are deducting money from my HDFC credit card every Month.
I want to stop My EMI deduction in future.

I want to discontinue my 1 year treatment program, after attending it for 3 months, so I contacted the clinic and let them know that I want a refund, but still I haven't gotten my refund. Please do it ASAP

I took Dr. Batra's 1 year hair treatment program, and after following all the instructions and taking all the medicines and applying all the serums and oils and shampoo's, even after 3 months my hair fall became worse and my hair density reduced drastically. But everytime I would complain to the doctor about the hair fall getting worse, all she would say is "Don't worry, it will get better", she kept saying this for 3 months straight. I even...

I am taking treatment form Dr. Batra, but after 4 months the condition worsened. I already made a payment for one year as forced by the staff and now when I am asking for refund for remaining months they are denying that and saying that its non refundable.

I am very much disappointed now as I don't see any improvements neither hairfall controlled nor dandruff. When Dr sadiya mam suggested to take new hair treatments I just believed and had invested a lot hard earned money and time. But I didn't get any return on my investment. At the time of admission, Dr said it's guaranteed sessions and new hairs will grow within few session. Hence I just believed in fake promise and lost my more than 1 lakh rupees and precious time. Now I want my money back or new hairs on my scalp. Looking forward hearing back from you soon. Thanks ...!!!

Dear sir i have booked an appointment at your agra sanjay place clinic with ID[protected]. When I reached at clinic your clinic assistant told me that Dr are on leave. And Dr will come at around 4 pm.
What is this??? Regular massages on my phone till today morning that please reach on time for your appoinment.
Mss himani booked my appointment and she not informed me about that. When I called her she speak me very rudely.
I came here covering distance of 50 km, my baby is ill.
Who is responsible for financial and mental loss???

I have take service for my hair treatment on 25 th August. After using its medicine for one week my hair is falling severely. I stopped the medicines and don't want to continue it.

My treatment is going on in Mulund, Mumbai clinic by Dr.Hetal as I have already paid for New hair + Allergy (Sneezing & Boils) yearly.

As I was informed by Dr.Hetal within 3 months allergy part will be resolved but after 2 months no difference. Currently again they are asking me to pay for food test, which was informed it will be done internally.
Now I am completely disappointed with the process going on. Because this is not the way to treat with your patient.

I request you to kindly take the action or else refund all my money back before I escalate it on a higher level.

I have taken one year plan from Dr batra Kolkata Minto park branch.
I used the medicines for 1 week as said by the doctor but after using it my hair is falling severely n i have some financial issue also for which I won't able to pay the emi of 13500.

Please look into my matter.
I am not financially established n i cannot afford to pay the EMI.

I ordered Dr batra facewash last month. Neither I have received the product nor a refund. Worst experience ever!
