We hired the services of one Mr. Anand Mane (Contact: [protected] / [protected]), C/o Ganesh Build Care (Address: D 103, Balagi residency, Raikar Mala Road, Manaji Nagar, Narhe. Pune - 411041. Maharashtra), for leakage repair works of our home.Details of the repair work and agreed compensation is attached in this mail.After the completion of repair works carried out, the recurrence of the same problem started within a month. The written warranty is for the period of 5 years and assuming the correction to be done as per warranty terms, we contacted him to rectify the same. After a month of delay, a correction was carried out for 2 days but the problem has not been resolved.Since last 1 month we have been trying to contact him for rectification of the problem as promised but either his calls are unanswered or the number of times answered has a patented illness excuse. We got the details of this contractor as a listed vendor on Dr.Fixit website. Assuming a reputed brand like Dr.Fixit having listed him on his website, we tend to trust and assume that the technical knowledge, work ethics and integrity must be unparalleled.Unfortunately we have faced extreme disappointment, mental agony and financial losses having hired his services.I request you to blacklist this vendor and take severe action against him so that other customers are not fooled.
