It has taken over 2 months for dr. Fixit not to act on a complaint by way of
A) just exchanging mails,
B) delaying matters and
C) giving inflated quote with no warranty.
This for rectifying a work executed by your applicator and under 7 years warranty.
This attitude / approach for water storage tank - you expect the customer to live all this period without water, while you merrily gives execuses. Pity that a organisations like yours resorts to such cheap tactics. I am now told your territory manager (Mr. Gowda) and the applicator didn’t even select the appropriate paint / product.
Brands are not built by hiring film stars / celebrities but by living upto to your assurances to the customers - rather than finding escape routes. I may / may not take legal recourse due to exigencies, cost etc but you need to have some credibility which is not a function of cost / value of work.
Only god can save such organisations who resort to short term tactics.
I leave it to your conscience to honour your commitment or be evasive and fall by wayside over time.
