It was the time of October 2011, I don't know the exact date when I consult Dr kalia for lower eyelid blepharoplasty. My concerns was puffy and baggy eyes which was making me a bit older looking when I am not. My expectations with surgery was to get a younger refreshed look for my eyes.

Well, I consult him for the same and he fixed the date somewhere around mid of October for surgery. I want to let all readers know that next month (November) I was having my marriage. The same I told him that I want to heal and recover from post surgery complications till then. He told me that everything will heal within 15-20days.

I went ahead for the surgery and was fixed at the next day at 7am. I deposited Rs. 20, 000/- and the surgery was start. Everything went fine according to him and the process finished by 10am. My eyes were swollen and the sutures were there on the bottom lid where they have marked the incision. I thought it to be normal as a part of surgery.

It was the fifth day post surgery I had to go for sutures removal. I reached there and Kalia removed the sutures. There were big pinkish color scar/lines present under both my lids in the middle of my lower lids which was supposed to be close to the natural crease o[censored]nder eyelid. He has marked the incision carelessly. I asked him and he said that they will gradually fade away with time. But I was not impressed with that and concerned about my appearance. One week past and the scar lines were not healing as kalia told me to be. I got in a state of depression and mentally unstable after surgery about how horrifying I looked. It was not me I was supposed to be. I went to him again and said what have you done to me, you worsen my life, my appearance. He assured me now that it will heal in 6-12months and showed my some fake Internet images as his work . I was worried about my marriage which was coming close. It was the time i thought to finish off my life but couldn't do that. I repent for that day as to why i chosen him and took the surgery and wasted my money.
Now its been 3 years after surgery, the pink scar has healed but the incision lines are there which look like that there is a wrinkle lines under eye lids which is very annoying at this young age (only 32years).

I would like to request from the indian governing authorities to take strict actions against these fake and unexperienced doctors who play with peoples emotions, expectations and money. They claim to be one of the experienced and professional doctors in the field of cosmetic surgery on behalf of nation also bring shame to the country. He and his team is a mother [censored]er, , and are real pain in .

I request from people that don't approach him for any surgery, he will only dump you and your money, rather seek for a professional doctors in other places. He will only fooled you nothing else.

hi..(I'm not using my real email I'd) but I will share facts and will post proof later..here r my facts..actually I saw number of complaints regarding doctors and their malpractice.. I also wanted to disclose something about doctor kaliaof Chandigarh..I went to his clinic about gynecomastia problem but It was all useless.it was Saturday of the Year 2011 and month of December .. I met him in his clinic and paid Rs 200 for consultation..then I met him and told him about my problem..he showed me some pics on his digital camera about procedure..he didn't check me at all..then he gave me next day for surgery I.e Sunday at 8.00 am in the morning.. I paid 20000 in advance..withdraw the same from the near ATM to his clinic..then I came in the morning and around 9 in the morning procedure starts there were Doctor Deepak himself ..Anesthesia (Doctor was SIKH).. another 2 assistants one was male and another one was female..then after an hour I woke up and his assistant showed me jar filled was blood and fat I think that was it because I was feeling dizzyness..then they told me that I can go back to my hotel which was in sector 41(bus stand).. and on Sunday I again paid Rs 20000 because that was the limit of withdrawing from an ATM.. they told me to come next day for measurement for compression garment by nomac.. and I paid 1600 in advance..then next day on Monday I came back for measurement and for the balance payment that is Rs 15000 and Rs 1600 for compression garment ..one thing is that they gave me receipt on only 20000 which gave them on Saturday..after couple of days I came there for compression garment which was really really uncomfortable as they gave me that for free.. after few days I leave for home..and then after couple of months I checked my results and it was all ..my problem instead of decreasing it was as it is even worse and my belly was having don't know what kind of shape..I tried to contact him, for first 2 emails he replied that I have to wait and procedure was satisfactory but I was watching my result with my own eyes it was shocking .. after that I mailed him number of times but I don't get any kind of response from him as if I never went to his clinic.. he charged me Rs55000 for nothing or i can say for worst contour of my belly and chest.. I was hoping at the beginning that he will change my life but he worsten it..and that compression garment was the worst one because that gave me uncomfortness and brushes for more than 4 months..IN SHORT I DIDNT GET AT ALL WHAT I PAID FOR..gynecomastia is there as it was and my belly don't know what kind of shape it does have.. till now I'm suffering from this awkward shape..so be careful before u chose any surgeon..I will post proof soon..
