I want to initiate a return for the ON protein that i purchased recently with order id
HKA[protected]
The authencity label was already removed and scratched and also it does not seem like original packaging as I have purchased multiple times before...this one for sure does not look authentic
I am unsure about the authenciry of the product and my confidence in healthkart has taken a hit.
I reached out to the Healthkart team, they said they cant change after 48 hours, but this is Fake product and I opened it after two days and straight away reached out to them with the Product still sealed
I verified the same with ON Team and they mentioned the same the PRODUCT is FAKE, and they are also inline that product should be refunded
100 percent genuinity is claimed but selling Fake products is a fraud and putting health at Risk and Liable for legal Action

The product is not authentic due to following reasons :
1. Product batch code does not matching with standard batch code list.
2.The 6 digit TRUSEAL code doesn't match our records.
3. The import sticker artwork is missing.

We wish to inform you that, to cater your request, we would require carton box's pictures along with delivered product's images showing its seal condition, name, bar code, and batch nuumber.
Hence, we request you to please capture the pictures from all the sides i.e. top, bottom, front & back and share at [protected]@healthkart.com.
Simultaneously, please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition.
Please confirm the condition (tampered or not) of the carton box at the time of delivery and if product was containing any bubble wrap or not.
We also request you to share the respective images within 24-48 working hours from the date of delivery.
