false commitment & poor service trya hair clinic

I would like to file a complaint against Trya Hair Clinic (Wakad branch) regarding false promises and extremely poor service.

I was convinced by their sales representative, Mr. Prathmesh, to purchase an annual hair care kit subscription with the assurance o[censored]nlimited doctor consultations and a reverse product pick-up within 3 months of sale.

    Order not delivered on the mentioned date

    I had ordered whey protein in healthkart and it must be delivered on or before[protected].
    But today is[protected], dint receive the order till now. The customer care of Healthkart are not mentioning the exact delivery date. And are not even cancelling the order and returning the amount. Now they are telling it will take 2 days to cancel and 7- 10 days to refund the amount.
    Need to take strict action against Healthkart...

    Hi Team

    I want to initiate a return for the ON protein that i purchased recently with order id
    HKA[protected]

    The authencity label was already removed and scratched and also it does not seem like original packaging as I have purchased multiple times before...this one for sure does not look authentic

    I am unsure about the authenciry of the product and my confidence in healthkart has taken a hit.

    I reached out to the Healthkart team, they said they cant change after 48 hours, but this is Fake product and I opened it after two days and straight away reached out to them with the Product still sealed

    I verified the same with ON Team and they mentioned the same the PRODUCT is FAKE, and they are also inline that product should be refunded

    100 percent genuinity is claimed but selling Fake products is a fraud and putting health at Risk and Liable for legal Action

      I placed an order on Healthkart which was supposed to be delivered on 16th Nov. But the product is not getting delivered, it is stuck somewhere in Bangalore facility for more tha 7 days now. Further, Healthkart is not canceling the order as well because it is already shipped. Due to this delay in delivery, I'm no longer interested in the product. I need my refund as soon as possible, please help me cancel the order.

          I placed a Healthkart order HKD[protected] worth INR 6542.0 on 31/10/2023. The expected date of delivery of this order shipped via Delhivery (AWB:[protected] was 4/11/2023. The order was not delivered to me. The delivery date keeps getting pushed forward everytime it lapses and the order has not been delivered.

          When I requested a cancellation and rightful refund of my prepaid amount back to the original payment source...

          Today (24/10/2023) by 03:30 PM, I paid an amount of 949/- via Google pay to purchase Creatine Monohydrate from the official site of muscleblaze. Unfortunately money was deducted immediately and no confirmation message has been sent by then till now. When I open the app/browser website, when I check "my orders", it says there's no order. I need a confirmation on whether I'll receive the product or get a refund. I have already sent an email about the respective issue on [protected]@Muscleblaze.com.

              I have a bought 2 XTEND PRODUCTS through Healthkart website on 11/08/23. As soon as I have recieved the package it' was slightly opend and i have informed to Delivery boy as well about open package he said you might be happened in shipment if any query you need to call customer care for support. As i have called HK customer support to complaint about received damaged and opend pack with dirty packing and asking for return or replacement they have asked me to send the pictures on support email. After sharing they have replied after 2 days stating that they cannot replace or return or refund bcoz it's opend package. I really don't understand thier sense o[censored]nderstanding the issue and not giving proper response i wanted to return as per policy i have not even open the box since it's already opend so I have raised the complaint but to much disappointed by the service after sale. they are making me ### not replying back when am calling disconnecting the call . they are simply ignoring me so i have to stop from returning, this app is mess.                   Damaged Product Received- My protein impact whey isolate 5.5 lbs

                  I have received a damaged product which has cut in the middle of the packet, post receiving that product, I Instantly lodged a complaint on by calling on their customer care number, its been more that 5 days, they have not responded properly.

                  They have put the shaker (which was free) and the bag of the whey proteins in the same container, hence it might have get damaged during shipment, but the customer care people are continuously...

                  I had ordered a muscle blaze biozyme performance refill pack (1kg) and Muscle blaze high protein muesli.
                  I ordered it on 31st may, First it took them 16 days on total to make it delivered. And secondly the product did not rech me at all neither i got a call from the shipping team, this is such a drastically experience from health kart.
                  I'm very much disappointed by this at this rate they will loose customers.
                  I need a refund or replacement or my order which has be delivered by them.

                      I'm Bhavik Jadav and I have ordered the Muscleblaze Multi Vitamins (60 Tablets) from registered mobile number +91 [protected]. I have done payment using UPI ([protected]@oksbi) 16th May, 2023 20:33:43 PM IST and have paid transaction is successful but order is not placed or it not displays in the my orders in the website. Kindly look into it and solve this issue as soon as possible. Refund my amount or place my order.
