Appointment system sucks. Utter waste of booking an appointment over Internet. I booked an appointment and it showed 12:30 PM. But when I visited the hospital they said there are 10 more patients waiting before me. I had to wait for 2 more hours for my checkup.
Advice to the hospital management: If you are not able to keep up the timings better remove the appointment booking. Don’t make the patients wait in pain. Was this information helpful? |
