[Resolved]  Dr. Lal Path Labs — Delay in Blood Test Report and Poor Customer Service

Dear Dr. Lal PathLabs Team,

I would like to register a formal complaint regarding the delay in receiving our blood test report and the unsatisfactory response from your customer care team.
The blood sample was collected on Sunday, and we were informed that the test report would be available within 2 days.
However, more than 3 days have now passed, and we have neither received the report nor any update regarding the delay.
When we contacted your customer care team to inquire about the status of the report, we were informed that the report was "on hold."
However, no explanation was provided for the hold, and the call was disconnected before our concerns could be addressed.
This experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

The delay in receiving medical test reports can cause significant stress and inconvenience, especially when timely medical decisions may depend on them.

We request the following:

Immediate clarification regarding the reason the report has been placed on hold.
An urgent update on the current status of the report.
The earliest possible release of the report.
A review of the customer service experience, as disconnecting a call without resolving the customer's concern is unacceptable.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a response at the earliest.
