Dr. Lal PathLabs — Compensation for wrong report

This is with reference to the blood sugar report ( lab no.[protected]done in rajendra nagar ghaziabad dr lal lab The report is completely wrong as the sugar level fasting is around 120-160 for the patient but as per the today’s report it is 246 which is completely wrong. Moreover last week of this date report done from dr lal labs, the sugar level was 125(lab no[protected] may 2022) The test was re done on 8 june 2022 ( sugar level 156) proves that the report lab no.[protected] date - 28 may 2022) was completely wrong ( sugar level 246 ) This is highly unacceptable that lab like Dr Lal gave a wrong result which would have such a bad impact on the patient as well as OVERDOSAGE of medicines irreluctantly and also causing a damage to MENTAL HEALTH and well being. Despite many mails and communication the company is not giving the compensation Attached report Doc 1- retest done on 8 june 2022 - which showed correct results Doc 2 - wrong report (246 sugar level)- 28 may 2022 Doc 3 - few days back before -16 may 2022 I seek compensation of INR 20000 for the wrong results and causing a damage to MENTAL HEALTH and well being of the patient and family
