USG level -2 is a detailed anomaly test was conducted within 2-3 minutes while it is a detailed process taking 40-45 minutes. when i talked to the staff there, they misbehaved. I can surely say that no scan was performed only formalities were done and a copy paste report is prepared and handed over to me....

- When anyone in medical services should ANYWAYS be wearing masks, EVEN IF it was not an old co morbid patient
- The person coordinating, Swapnali, had been PRE-REMINDED SEVERAL TIMES, both verbally and via messages to ensure masking
- Swapnali was also EMPHATICALLY requested for the Phlebotomists' contact so we can ensure ourselves directly (AFTER MANY RED FLAGS that ALREADY pointed out how CALLOUS she her coworker Sukanya were)
- RESHMA SINGH cites an UNETHICAL POLICY claiming they have been asked not to share contact of seniors in the escalation matrix. And ARUN JAIN actually BLOCKS ACCESS TO HIS SENIORS for complaint against him!
- AFTER SHASHI RANJAN and ARUN JAIN actively tried to COVER UP for the callous staff they were responsible for, NEERAJ KUMAR shamefully LIES in an official email claiming his phlebotomist was indeed wearing a mask UNTIL a pic from our CCTV exposes their BLATANT LIES (REFER IMAGE attached)

Harassment Faced while Booking a Test at Dr. Lal Path Labs - Kolkata

My name is Avishekh Das, resident of Kolkata, Registered Mobile No. [protected].
Since, 2021 I've been using Dr. Lal Path Labs app in mobile & have taken multiple tests.
Yesterday, on 25.08.23 my mother visited Doctor & he suggested a Sputum Test for cough. I called up Lal Path Customer Care & spoke with Mr. MANDEEP SHARMA & told him about the test & he himself booked the test from his end & I paid for it as usual.
Today, on 26.08.23 Phlebo Mr. Koushik Pramanik visited my home & I showed him the prescription & he said that this was the test itself, which is booked.
Once, he took the sputum sample & visited lab, he is now saying that his senior has said that another test needs to be added i.e. (P025-Gram Stain) & told me to pay for that.
I called up Customer Care & explained the issue in detail & they said that his senior will coordinate with the Phlebo, when I wanted to speak to his senior Customer Care personnel abruptly disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation & I was left in utter vain & confusion not knowing what to do.
I paid the Phelbo another Rs.390/- outside of this test, as she had to be diagnosed immediately. What the Customer care representatives did was a complete & utter harassment which I faced only because of your unprofessional, rude & inconvenient Customer Care representatives & mostly their seniors. You'll have the call recorded with you, dated 26.08.23 at 11:05am.
I've attached all the necessary witness of calls, payments & conversations for your reference.
Please address this issue as this is sheer harassment & no one is paying money & taking your services to get harassed while taking you services.
I'd expect an immediate resolution & response from your end.

This is with reference to the blood sugar report ( lab no.[protected]done in rajendra nagar ghaziabad dr lal lab The report is completely wrong as the sugar level fasting is around 120-160 for the patient but as per the today’s report it is 246 which is completely wrong. Philanthropist intentionally delayed the visit and caused grave inconvenience to the patient as she is a kidney transplant patient and it is very difficult for her to hold urin and keep empty stomach. The complaint launched no.
CMP –[protected] and no proper action was taken against the person. This way it is causing lot of frustration to reschedule the appointments and again pain for the patient....

The result was shown to the doctor who said it was just viral fever. But mys ister kept getting worse and worse that she is hospitalized. Another blood test was done and it showed typhoid and low platelet count. My sister had to go through so much trouble....

Non receipt of blood test reports

I am a senior citizen with diabetic condition.My blood sample was collected by Phlebo at about 7AM on 06Nov22 vide lab ID no[protected].However the report of HbA1C test has not been received even after 40 hrs of collection of sample and repeated reminders to the customer care. This is causing delay in review of my medical condition by the Doctor.
Dr Pathlabs is to be held responsible for any deterioration in my medical condition.

Wrongly blood drawn from arm

My mother went for Thyroid peofile test at Dr lal path labs in Mansarover Garden branch. The lady who took the blood from my mother’s arm was so careless and injected the injection at the wrong place to draw blood. After drawing blood, the flow did not stop and the cotton swab was filled with blood completely and later she put a band aid on it without accepting her fault. It has been 5 days already now and a large bruise has been formed on my mothers arm. It is painful for her and I am scared that it can lead to something serious. The illiterate staff of lal path labs have no sense to do the basic stuff. My mother has done several tests and this kind of issue has never been there. This is complete harrasment and serious action should be taken against dr lal path lab’s illiterate staff

Delayed Report and Useless Customer Service
I believe Dr Lal PathLabs are very busy in making money reason being not taking things seriously and Mia-committing their clients. I have been told that I will receive my Biopsy report by 7th Oct after submitting on 1st Oct 2022. After following till 10th Oct I am submitting this complaint that how these business guys harass a people like us. All the time I called them they say that “Reports are ready only pending for Dr. Approval” seems doctors are really busy in operating patients and they are the only available in the country. 3 days no report. Moreover I have requested them to arrange a call back but unfortunately seems very busy in making money again that is the reason have not received any call back till date. Would share all the details against Dr. Lal PathLabs on social media and request people to just avoid visiting here. Seems Mr. Arvind Lal is busy in making money or made so much that forget to serve people or to full fill their commitments on time and deliver timely reports. Sorry to say pathetic experience.

I took my wife to Narayani Diagnostic Center in Manpur, Gaya, Bihar for some tests i.e. CBC, CRP, Widal, Urine Routine Examination, Malaria and Dengue Serology as suggested in the Fever Profile mentioned by Dr. Faizan Ahmed.
But..
I received only the reports of CBC, CRP, Widal, Malaria and Urine Routine Examination on 03/10/2022 as per the committed time period. The patient had to wait one day extra due to delay in the reports...

Test was conducted on 2nd oct 22 morning and it was promised that report will be provided by evening same day. Since report was not generated as per their promise, I called the customer care and requested for refund. They acknowledged that it was fault of lab and promised that I will receive call back within 3-4 hours for refund same day but didn't. I called again on 3&4th October in evening around 4-6 pm and again they promised for call back regarding refund within couple of hours. Since reports were useless as my wife was admitted in hospital and reports were generated by them. Hence lalpathlab is requested to refund amount of inr 1750/- at the earliest. Lab number is[protected] and lab is located in sector 14 Gurgaon.

Harrasment by Dr lal pathlabs, health loss

i had got a CBC done on 26th Aug morning. i get a message to check report online.when i check report to show to doctor as had an appointment on 27th, it says repeat sample. Now at 2.30pm i call up customer care, i am told due to technical issue you have to repeat sample and I will book a slot for 28th. This is a pure pure harrasment, if there was a technical issue why Dr lal did not call me the same day and sent an executive for re collection. Next day when I call for clarification i am told they will book a slot for Sunday. Who is responsible for this. I am at all total loss as my today's appointment with doctor was waste, 28th is Sunday and no doctor will be available. The patient is suffering and would not get medicated for 3 days. I need an apology and compensated for incompetent and irresponsible attitude of yours. As of now I immediately need a person to collect sample and you need to compensate this harrasment

Rude Behaviour of Dr Swati Kansal
I visited Dr Lal Pathlab for my ultrasound today dated 20 July 2022. I almost waited for 2 hrs to get my token and finally got turn to meet Dr Swati Kansal in sector 18 lab, first of all her assistant was so rude to communicate and later Dr just refused to do my ultrasound as my bladder was not full, I told her that I am suffering from severe pain from last one week in my lower abdomen and as I am a working women I have specially taken leave today to get my ultrasound done and flying to other city in the evening, she just refused to do my ultrasound stating her working hours are over. If this is the behaviour of doctors of doctor path lab then I am extremely sorry to say that you people have to shout down your shop as you are just sitting to make money. If doctors will not understand the problem of patients and will throw such a bad attitude I think then dr path lab has become just a commercial shop

Complain for late pp collection

मैं ये complain हिंदी में लिख रही हूं ताकि सब पढ़े। मेरा नाम Ragini Gaur है। हम अपने collection Dr. Lalpath labs, खरगापुर, गोमती नगर, लखनऊ से कराते हैं। हमसे बोला जाता है कि 8 बजे तक fasting collection हो जायेगी, पर 9 बजे वो भी 10 बार कॉल करने के बाद आते हैं। बुजुर्ग इन्सान 9 बजे तक भूखा कैसे रहेगा, जिसको दवाई टाइम से खानी है। आज collection वाली लड़की ने बोला 9 बजे कलेक्शन के बाद कि वो 11:30 तक आएगी पर नहीं आई। बहुत कॉल करने के बाद 11:55 पर आई। और ऐसा हर 4बार ही होता है।
2 घंटे से ऊपर P.P ka collection हुआ है।
क्या Dr. Lalpath Labs सही रिपोर्ट की जिम्मेदारी लेगा, इतनी देर बाद रिपोर्ट सही आएगी?

Stool Test
Had booked LFT alongside stool test on 31st May with lalpath.Guy named Mujakkir came and took the blood sample. Was going to come for stool after 2 hrs, then on your request promised to come next day .Despite calling him 7 times, he did not respond. I called customer care who gave me repeated assurances at least 4 times that someone will come in 2 hrs or 4 hrs.. Customer care each time said that they are escalating her case.Yesterday after 4 days the escalation completed 2 hrs and lalpath called to check on the sample.By now I got the test done with Max who are far more professional. Lalpath please refund the money for the test which you have not done.

On[protected] Lab No.[protected] reported my Fasting Sugar was 102 and Post Prandial was 91. In my last report on[protected] Lab No.[protected] shows same value Fasting sugar 102 and PP 91. Is it possible last two reports are same. I thing some mistake done from my side. My faith will be loss from you if you not corrected my report or take another blood sample free of cost.

Visited Lalpath Labs, B.Narayanapura, Mahadevapura for fasting blood sugar and HbA1C. Paid the money. The technician pierced on both the hands but could not collect sufficient blood and she wanted to pierce at 3rd place as well. I did not want to become a test item for them and dropped the idea of getting tested after fasting for 10hours.
