[Resolved] Dr. Lal PathLabs — delay in reports and incomplete information from customer care executive

I have given the blood sample for two tests on 26 dec 2017 in dr lal path lab sector 40 gurgaon. I was told that you can collect the report in the evening. But i get the report for only one test and for other test which is allergy individual markers, aspergillus fumigatus. When i contacted them for report they told that report is delayed due to technical reason. Tentative release date is 1/2/2018 6:04:28 pm.
Now on specified date i got another message
"lab no. Xxxxxxxx, test allergy individual markers, aspergillus fumigatus of psc gurgaon (Sec-40) is delayed due to technical reason. Tentative release date is 05/01/2018. T & c apply."
When i called on customer care and asked for the maximum time. I got the same reponse "report is delayed due to technical reason".

I have attached the test shown on their website it is clearly mention that report will be available same day.

My treatment is totally based on this report i need to know the maximum time that can be taken by dr lalpath labs to provide the report.
