Given sample on 26/07/2020 but report not yet released till 15:30pm 27/07/2020 customer care when we connect they will say raise ticket no but they will not update any status giving sample and money and need to beg for reports like beggars

I visit Dr. Lal path Tie-up Hospital Bhram Shakti, Budh vihar rohini, Delhi to book Covid-19 test of my wife Mrs. Anuja Sharma on dated 14 July 2020 with Lab Test No.[protected], Based on test criteria reports come up with 24-48 hrs but today its upto 72 hrs gone but we didn't receive any report.

We are going under treatment with one of the clinic where this report need to submit for further start treatments but due to this delay we need to hold that treatment which cost us 35k more.

Who bare this cost, why I bare this cost, Dr. Lal Path Lab should pay this adhoc with their mistake.

I need my report by EOD today 17 July 2020.

My self sachin from etah. I visit ur collection point in etah for blood check up of my wife mrs. Shanu. I gave him care card number of dr. Lal path lab but he refuse to accept the same. And said i dont accept care card.in such critical condition wherever country suffering from lockdown. And such professionals treated in such manner. Its not a gentleman relationship. Plz take a suitable step against him. And revert my amount which i paid in cash. And consider my care card.

18/03/2020 i booked lal path for blood test, and they gave the estimated timing of 1pm 19/03/2020, its now 5pm and still the report is pending. My lab number is.[protected]. This is very disappointing. I ll never book this lab again, i myself is a doctor and trusted lalpath, but it is highly unprofessional. My advice is to kindly improve your service.

Procedure of sample collection conducted was not good, this lead to report discrepancy. That causes collection of blood next day, even then the report is not yet delivered on time. The blood sample was not having any track as per the lab. This causes a lot of trouble for doctor appointment, as i have to keep on rescheduling the appointment.

Very poor service and very poor handling of employees. I called them to collect blood sample in the morning, no body reached on fixed time, as there is requirement to be empty stomach for giving blood i am hungry from more than 12 hours.
I trusted dr. Lal path labs over every other lab in town (Sirsa). But they are more worse than other. Even after calling them many time there is no reply. Very bad on there part. I will never contact them again for any kind of service

Today in the morning i went to your lab number:[protected] for path test of kft. Afternoon i received massage on my mobile regarding your report is ready now you can download your report from our website.
After that i download the report, i see the report it is lft report instead of kft. Suddenly i called to your above mentioned center he asked this is your mistake but i speak to him on the counter i want to test of kft.
I requested to please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi,
My mother go through some tests in dr. Lal pathlabs east delhi and there is a discount for senior citizens. My mother is 64 and when we call there customer care and asked them for a senior citizen discount they told me that there management has made the policy that 65+ person is senior citizen. So for dr lal pathlabs 65+ person is senior citizen.
Please take my complaint as these people are doing fraud.

I have given blood sample around 12 noon on 26th of oct, 2016. Now it's been more than one day, i have not received the blood reports. After many calls to customer care, the only response i can get is that there is some technical glitch that's why it's taking time. My complaint is regarding such negligence in the service from a reputed pathology centre. Since it's involved health thing, it's quite irresponsible to delay the report generation.

I. Am indian railway traffic officer of east central railway and thus elligible for corporate discount. It is to mention that i am a regular customer since 2014 and have been getting discount at hanuman road, cannaught place, delhi centre on production of i card
On 09.05.2017, i called on [protected] at 16.55 hrs to enquire about dr lal path lab centre at patna where i could get discount for which i am elligible. I requested the executive to sms the address. I got sms at 18.58. Address was as under;
A-214, p c colony kankarbagh, patna-20
Accordinglyi drove to the centre on 10.05.17 at 08.20 hrs. I was taken aback when it was disclosed to me that no discount is admissible. I got my test done vide lab id no[protected].
My grievance is whyi was misguided and misinformed by the customer care executive. Why i was made to drive 13 km while there are many home collection and other dr lal centre near jagdeo path (Raza bazar) area.
Besides the lab did not match the standard. The technician neither had put on cap nor hand gloves.
Hope my grievance wouldbe redressed soon.

This is very regretful that a trusted name like Dr. Lal Pathlab can commit such blunders that too into Protein report of a child of age 3 yrs. first by showing the total volume o[censored]rine as high as 3600 ml. and protein release as 20.85 mg. per day which is a complete disasterous figure to end up the mental peace and hope of any parents. I got this report after putting a complaint for the delay that too came to me with so many apologies.............. last three days were of complete hell for me and my hubby as we are already facing his nephrotic syndrom, do we realy deserve such torture while dealing with your so called renowned lab ??? the icing on the cake is that the report has been checked and varified by some very experience doctor called Dr. Nimmi Kansal- HOD Biochemistry.........very ironical that these signatures are being used blind foldedly to make fool of patients, i am thankful to my doctor who atleast took pains to check the report and didnt started medication of my child as per your disasterous report. I am sending a copy of this report to consumer forum as i don't want to allow your lab to practice such irresponsible things on other patients trusting your figures.
