Hi,
We have given the blood sample of my wife for double marker and magdum hospital lal pathology collection center.
At that time the representative didn't asked for NT scan only asked for latest Scan even after showing the prescription and all the report.
Next morning the representative asked for NT Scan report copy to which we said it's not done yet so they said then we can hold this once you done NT scan come back with report and will collect another blood sample to which I have said ok don't hold please cancel this test and refund me the amount to which they said it will take 2 to 3 days I said ok.
After 2 days they suddenly sent a report with a default value and added a note "redo the test once NT scan done" now what the point of this report ?
I have asked and followed them multiple times they keep on saying we will check and come back and not refunding me the amount.
Kindly assist me in this please I have all the necessary evidences even a mail communication for that same as well.
