Dr. Lal PathLabs — Sample contamination

I submitted sample to Dr lab for urine routine and culture on 5th Nov 2023 under lab id[protected] due to my pregnancy case.
On 7th Nov I got report with sample contamination message which I informed to the person who came for home sample collection.His name is Mr Raju.I told him the whole thing and shared report too.He mentioned to me that I need to share sample again and I don't have to pay for repeat sample.As he is regular person who come to my home for sample everytime from last 3 years i complained him directly regarding this.
Yesterday on 22nd Nov'2023 I submitted sample in home collection again along with other blood sample for sugar testing and mentioned them to do test for urine routine and culture again.They sent me seprate invoice for urine test under lab id[protected] mentioning only about the urine culture sample.I called them again and mentioned that I sent sample for urine routine and culture both and they have just mentioned urine culture.
Today they connected with me around 06.51 pm that I have to pay again for the test as it's late for submitting sample.when they never mentioned to me that I have to do it under 7 days.No one mentioned to me this that it should be done under 7 days.Also even after mentioning they didn't billed me for both routine and culture test.
Now They are asking me to pay again for the test when they knew this test for me is on urgent basis as it's my pregnancy case (20 weeks) which is very crucial case due to high risk Pregnancy and due to there negligence I am facing all this issue which is not at all acceptable.This tests are important for me at regular interval due to my high risk Pregnancy and I had to submit report to the Dr for the infection I am facing which is risky in pregnancy.They are asking me to pay again for the test so that they can release report.I have already paid once for the test and due to there negligence they contaminated my sample and all this is happening along with the test i mentioned they didn't process the sample as per mentioned test.I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out with the issue.Its a serious matter of concern as they are playing with patients life by there irrelevant behaviour.Also the Lab person told me this that this will be deducted from her salary when I mentioned to her that it's not my fault.My pregnancy is very precious for me and I am already going through crucial and hectic phase of my life due to high risk Pregnancy.Its my 3rd Pregnancy wherein in first 2 cases I lost my child.Due to there negligence I cannot afford to effect any of this to my precious case.I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me with the needful on urgent basis.
