Dr. Mehta's Hospitals — Bad and delayed discharge facilituess

My father was admitted on 20th nov... And shifted to icu the same day... Before that we were asked to pay 30, 000... I said we have insurance policy.. The staff in the insurance desk said these non medical exp will not be covered under insurance., u can submit your insurance card when we ask for it... At the time of discharge, they said we can process insurance now it is too late and asked is to pay in cash. If we want to process through insurance we had to stay for another day... Total waste of time.. Even the next day the nurses in a block 2nd floor didn't submit the document and delaying it saying lame reasons. Computer not working, blah blah. No coordination between the staffs.. We had to stay almost 2 days wasting time and money..
