See I went Thiruverkadu near Dr.Mehta hospital for normal throat pain and the emergency doctor who consult me prescribed some tablets ( pan, antibiotic and gargle syrup) —- for this basic normal problems, , , 5 mins consultation they put bill for Rs.530 which is very surprising for me. Iam not come to say that is right or wrong but in my experience I went most of the reputed hospitals like Apollo, Bewell, and all but no one charged me 530...

I am writing to complain and request immediate REMOVAL of OVERDUE for the loan account F15810 which is reflecting in CIBIL & other credit bureaus. MY CIBIL REPORT IS SHOWING THE PAYMENTS WAS OVERDUE.

Actually, due to late payment, I was instructed to close the existing above loan and open the new loan after paying the intrest which I did. Also, new account was opened and the loan account number was F17070.

My name is Reena Cecil and I came from Dubai for delivery in Chennai and opted Mehta’s hospital considering my friends opinions. I visited the hospital on 16th of this month and opted an AN package. I was informed at the reception that I don’t have to visit the hospital just to collect the reports, wherein it will be sent to WhatsApp if I message them the details.

However, I have sent couple of messages and not even once have I received any response for the blood and urine tests (except the ECG and ECHO which I stayed and collected on the same day). It is devastating to get no response from a hospital which proudly guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If this is the quality I would have to look for options.

Recently i have taken my 1 year 10 months old baby to mehta hospital chetpat for high fever for lasting more than a day the op doctor has suggested only to take the medicine since the kid is already having 104 degrees but she did not suggest for admission. But after we bring the baby home suddenly the baby got fitz we took first aid and taken the baby back to the same hospital and admitted. It took three days for the baby to recover. Finally we got the hospital bill for the settlement whereas the insurance company has paid the oustanding bill amount of 36510 out of 38, 125 the non medical expenses are borne by the insured person the break up as follows

Services amount
Insurance processing fee - 500
Medical record charges - 700
Nutrition assessment charges - 300

Since this hospital is getting huge amount of money from the insurance company whereas they are not ready to discount the very minimal amount of insurance processing fee which they are putting on the head of insured patient. And also not sure why the amount of 700 rs for the medical records charges unless the patient demands for that service they have billed us for this service without any confirmation. This hospital has many ways to suck the money from the poor patients. Whereas the billing staffs especially the billing department supervisor is not ready to hear the concern from the patient and repeating the same sentence it is as per their policy norms. I would recommend the insurance patients must consider their decision before admitting in this hospital.

I'm brooklin cruse michael, yesterday night 22/02/2019 at 8:00 o clock i took my daughter mirahya noble to dr mehta hospital in pediatric emergency ward due to high temperature, dr. Abhinaya consulted her, with full body checkup and reported negligently that she is alright,
But today (23/2/2019) again due to high fever i took her to dr shajis paediatric clinic,
Dr. Shaji pv consulted her and she found her to be suffering from throught infection and viral fever, luckily i had second opinion, oherwise i would have belived her dr. Abhinaya's words and lead my daughter's life to critical stage, i need clear explanation from the doctor abhinaya and d. Mehta hospital management and please suspend her medical practise to avoid further medical negligence.

Worst experience dont ever go there.This has happened today-28.03.2018.even the food served was not up.Not seen such a worst admin in chennai hospitals.waited for discharge bill settelement for abt 7 hrs and the back office told us to wait for an hour as many times as they can. I had very bad experience in mehtas, i admitted my son for fever ...They took 3 days to give the report.
Doctor are not more attentive .
Doctor has to explain come and explain the baby situation, but they failed to explain. Ever seen such a bad experience.
Doesn't look like children's hospital. Because children's are getting scare by the seeing hospital atmosphere ....

Very high cost billing for worth less special room. Their poor maintance of spl room charging high rate of money. Kindly understand... every penny is not easily earned. Only for the sake of doctors we come to this hospital else there 1000 more hospitals in city. This mehta hospital is billing all whatever is not used by doctors/nurses.. if asked their nurses are behaving very rudely... even throwing the medicines rudely on the patient's bed. this time VIDEOS are recorded.. and better proofs are here.. let the world know how hospitals are earned.

Security in d block ground floor is speaking rudely with the customers. Very cheap behavior.

We are coming to hospital for treating the illness. Why these people are behaving like this.

For the past 4 years am coming to this hospital for treatment. This is worst behavior i seemed.

Doctors & nurses are good in coordination. Am not blaming all security person. Some people like this. Even in government hospitals we get good customer relation

Came for delivery on 12/10/18 raghavi gopi from cfc hospital to here while admiting a patient is very late telling to go here and there for half an hour with the pregnancy lady and after delivery we admitted in 202 room a block 2nd floor and we have 2extra person in the room so they tell for extra person each 500rs we said ok and they didn't give bet sheet and pillows for extra person for 2nights after that patient got a heavy neck pain and she is crying we told to nurse they told to doctors that came to room and told to put some injection but no one came to put injection it all happened in noon and they have telling to get the medicine from op at night totally 6hours patient have pain without any medicine. And worst service from sakthi he is cfc codinater i didn't see like person in the hospital ever not fit for this work totally mehtas hospital is worst worst worst
