I am writing to complain and request immediate REMOVAL of OVERDUE for the loan account F15810 which is reflecting in CIBIL & other credit bureaus. MY CIBIL REPORT IS SHOWING THE PAYMENTS WAS OVERDUE.
Actually, due to late payment, I was instructed to close the existing above loan and open the new loan after paying the intrest which I did. Also, new account was opened and the loan account number was F17070.
By 2nd week of July 2022, i closed the new loan F17070. But still in cibil the overdue is showing for the old loan account number F15810.
Please accept my query and remove the old loan account from the cibil by updating from your end. Because of this, I'm unable to get any emergency loan and pls consider my issue and sort out as early as possible.
