I have made 2 orders mistakenly last night (2june 2023). Order numbers are #184761 and #184777 There was no customer service available that time. Next day I just called customer care and told her about my issue that I want to cancel my order and she replied that order has been processed so we can't do anything now. She told me to send mail but there is no response on the mail. I just want to cancel my orders and refund my money back. Was this information helpful? |
