🚨 Warning: My Experience with Dr. Trust's Faulty Products and Terrible Customer Service 🚨
I want to share our recent and incredibly frustrating experience with Dr Trust's Pulse Oximeter 214. After purchasing the product, we discovered it was faulty. The company arranged a replacement, but it too turned out to be faulty. The features that were clearly mentioned in the product manual and on their official website simply did not work.
Despite acknowledging the issue initially, Dr. Trust is now denying the problem, citing discrepancies with their "standard manual." This is not only disappointing but also amounts to consumer fraud.
Last week, they confirmed they would initiate a refund with compensation, stating the money would be credited to our bank account in 5-7 working days as per RBI guidelines. But today, Monday 26th August, they are once again delaying the process, claiming they will only initiate the refund after picking up the faulty product. This backtracking is unacceptable and only adds to the frustration.
For over a month, we've been going through a frustrating back-and-forth with their customer service. This entire ordeal has wasted our time, caused significant stress, and left us with a faulty product that doesn't meet our needs—especially concerning given that it involves the health of a patient in our home who recently underwent heart surgery.
I’m sharing this to warn others about Dr. Trust's poor service and lack of accountability. It’s alarming that a company dealing with health-related products would behave in such a manner.

I have made 2 orders mistakenly last night (2june 2023). Order numbers are #184761 and #184777 There was no customer service available that time. Next day I just called customer care and told her about my issue that I want to cancel my order and she replied that order has been processed so we can't do anything now. She told me to send mail but there is no response on the mail. I just want to cancel my orders and refund my money back.

I mistakenly made two order #184761 and #184777 in the midnight when no customer service is available. Next day they sent me message for shipping of the orders. When I tried to contact customer care at available time, they said that order has been processed now . I didn't get any time to connect with them in the meanwhile so how can I ask for resolution. Please cancel these orders and make refund for the products.

Order Not Received Yet

I had placed the order on 06/06/2020. My order number is - 10228.Till yesterday I was waiting for the tracking number. On 9th I called to customer care the executive told me in warehouse had some technical issue due to that we are not able to ship your order. Till evening you will received a call from your team they will provide you all the updates regarding your order and tracking number. But I didn't recived any call from team yesterday. Then I call again yesterday to customer care around 5 O'Clock then I got the tracking number and executive said your is dispatch today. Next morning I track my order status I got remark your is is not deliver to shipper. You tell me what kind of customer service or satisfaction you are providing to consumer. Till you not recived a call from my side you won't able to know my order had some technical issue.
When I ask to refund or customer satisfaction policy to you customer care executive they said dont have. It mean you take the payment online from customer and make them fool. Your cheat with customer. That the way you robbed the consumer through online potal.
According to me Dr. Trust is big brand you are giving pathetic experience to me. I didn't recived my product yet
