Dramlic — Return & refund issue

I have ordered a product on 30/11/2021 and received parcel on 4/12/2021 but the one which I received is totally different and cheap one. When I asked to refund or replace amount in that there is no response I want my amount refund to same mode of transaction. They are fooling and looting customer for their hard earned money. They are displaying product which they even own it and showcasing fake reviews I want government to take legal action against them. Please help
