Dramlic — Wrong product received and fake refund policy

I have ordered a Suit through the dramlic site worth RS.1100. They have sent a completely different suit which is not even worth rs.200. When contacted customer care through email, they asked to send them back to the courier. The courier expenses are to be borne by the customer even though it was a mistake from their end. And also they informed me that the amount will be refunded to the wallet. First of all, there is no wallet option at all on the site. How do they return to wallets? Another issue with the site is if you logged in using your mobile number and password on the first day and on the next day if try to login with the correct password it won't allow you to log in. If click on recover password, the OTP will not be sent. Then how do you log in and get the amount from your wallet? I tried creating another account and found wallet option is not available, which means this fraud site. Even though if you return the dress the amount won't be credited to your wallet as the wallet option is not on the site. A better suggestion would use the wrong product for cleaning the floors. The contact phone number is given on the site won't work at all. Overall it is a fraud site, Government should take some action against them.
