Dream Vacancy — Do not provide job after taking money

Dear sir
Person from dream vacancy called in march and said they will provide job in maruti suzuki india ltd.
They are taking money at the name of providing job in maruti suzuki ltd. In gurgaon plant first they take 2500/-rs as registration fees and then they ask for 7500/- rs at the name of document verification and telephonic interview and after this they demand more money 9600/-rs for the name of providing job and other facilities like accomodation and other. After that they ask for 6500/- rs for government tax i also paid that money. When i ask them about joining date they saif there is some issue in company they will soon notify about joining date.I gave them total 26, 100/- rs for job but they dont provide me job and does not gave response after calling them on number [protected]. Please help me i borrow money on interest to gave them. I am from a poor family. Please help me I am suffering from 10 months almost they say that they will refund money after some days and they always gave job and i am waiting for that day when they refund my money. Sir Please take action against them. They have done fraud of 26, 100/-rs with me. I appeal to fresher student please dont trust any call who offers job such as dream vacancy.
Sir i have all the proof and payment receipt of the money which i paid to them.
Sir please help me.
