Dream11 — account verification

I forget completely about previous dream11 account (Created through different email) and create a new one after very long time (Through facebook) and deposit more than 2500/-.
But when i withdraw money they say plz verify your account so i submit my pan card then error message show "this pan no. Use in other account".
Then i contact their customer care then they said you can submit deactivate your previous account request from that account. So, i login my previous account and submit request but they dont reply in 3-4 days, so again submit request but they reply "why you want to deactivate this account" but i already mention this in every email.

After this i send atleast 7-8 requests (Atleast 1-2 days gap in every request) but they reply at all.

They not provided any contact no.

So how i can contact them or rise a case against them i only option.

They are fraud
