Not taking seriously

Hi I am using dream 11 but a few days before dream 11 has suspended my account saying that I am not 18 years old but how they can say that what is the proof. They can't suspended my account by just saying and now not taking my complaint seriously...

Incorrect point - 110 claiming

Incorrect point - loss of money as a result
Incorrect point of Guehi in england vs malta match

Guehi - 42 but should have been 46 points as 90+1' one successful tackle

Proof - Sonyliv footage attached, Octa stats, sofascore

Demand for winning prize as I lost for by 2 points in both the contest and tackle counts for 4 points(the winner didn't have Guehi in their team)

IFSC code invalid error

For the last 4 times my bank account verification getting failed even though all the details are correct.

I don't know what is the reason for this bank verification error though the IFSC code and all are from the bank account....

Yesterday I had joined a contest of 35 rupees inside the WI-W vs SL-W
t20 woman word cup match on dream 11 app, in that I made 4 different teams of 35 rupees, that WI-W vs SL-W Match
ended yesterday, and inside that match one of my 4 team neither team lost,
I had to get back the same amount of money that I had invested on my four team. But on my dream 11 app...

My dream11 account has been hacked

Some one whose mobile number is +[protected].. demanding money from me.

As my registered mobile number is [protected] was changed by this hacker. And am not able to log in to my dream 11 account. I have already mailed the same to [protected]@dream11.com .. but no response till now....

Dream11 Fraud Using fake computerised participants

On 19th April 11:50 PM IST around I tried to participate in a mega contest of Dream11 Jamaica T10 league.

First match CWA vs SRI.
Not a single player of SRI was announced in lineup. So I couldn't make a team of 11 consisting players of both Sides.

But still mega contest slots were filled up rapidly when i refreshed my screen.

So who participated and how teams were made with unannounced team...

Account Hacked and Suspended

My account is hacked & hacker changed register mobile no. & email id. Then I informed to dream 11 about this after that my account is suspended. I have more than 8.75 lakhs in my account and i am unable to withdraw it due to suspended account. I Complain dream 11 about this nearly 15 days ago & many times after that but my query is not resolved yet.

Why is my dream11 not working for 5-6 days. I have tried alot to open the app but it doesn't work. It's still loading and loading but my friends can open dream11 app in his phone. But why only it happens to my phone. How do I fix dream11 not working?...

PAN Card not being verified

This is Nikunj Katkoria, I have added my date of birth in Dream 11 as 4th September 1992, . and in the PAN CARD it shows same DOB, however everytime I upload my PAN Card for verification, it gets rejected stating that verification rejected, Date of Birth you have entered does not match with PAN Card. I don't understand how they are saying it is not matching, it is clearly matching. PFA the screenshots...

Fb token error while longing in dream 11

I am unable to log in into my dream 11 account. Plzz help me. My account linked via Facebook. And it shows “FB token error”. I have already winnings in my account. Tell me the solution. Bank account verification delay

I have submitted all documents but the bank account verification is still kept under review. Pan, mobile number and email are verified.
Due to bank account not being verified, i am not able to withdraw winnings.
If there is an issue let me know so I can give details or else verify and let me withdraw winnings.
