Dream11 — email id fraud and abuse

It seems, dream11 is misusing my email address.

While signing up for dream11, i got an error saying that "email id already exists"

I'm not sure how will this happen... I have never ever used dream11 app earlier, moreover, if would have registered with them, there should be some email in inbox.
I dont have any registration email in my inbox.
It's not just one email id... They have all of my personal email id (3 email address). I doubt this could merely be the co-incidence. It's serious and grave concern on how someone else can use my email address, without my consent.
It's fraud and abuse case, and i'm very serious on this.

I have below question and need an answer not just an apology.

I would like to know, how come my email id exist with them?
If it exists with them, how come i was never notified or received any registration email or any notification from them?
Who did the signup using my email id?
Is this some kind of fraud happening using my emailid?
