Dream11 Fantasy — apply fair play exactly on request

My withdrawal was canceled exactly on my first request stating fair play..I have dine no wrong. They font specific the exact violation. Just a general. Violation. I assume I played among family members..but with two separate pan verified.. So in India can have two pan card. If its verified agreed. Hand don't dream3000 rs is huge amount..
