[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — blocked cash bonus and invite code

My cash bonus has been blocked and in helpdesk there is a procedure to unblock it and that is to go in me option then go to my account and click on how to unblock and also in invite friends option but in my account the unblock option is not there in both cash bonus and invite code related . so how do i unblock my cash bonus and invitation procedure .
