I have participated in a match between CIV vs PLG today. 1000's of people won from 1st to 10th Rank on the last moment. I have given a reference of the match where the trust issues can be checked and resolved.

1000+ people came 2nd and 75 users came first which is impossible. My rank became 75000 ...

On d11 help centre there is no place to raise such issue
