Dear Dream11 team,
I wanted to withdraw money from dream11.(User name ShaaminZ11)
after verification and all the processes, they told me to wait for 7 working days. Today, Awhen i am checking the satus of my withdrawal it shows 'Withdraw Failed" & no money been reverted into my dream11 account.being mentioned in the details.I submitted all neccesory docs but still my account is not vetify so that i unable to withdraw ...pls solve the problem & kindly send contact number of your customer care exicutive also for future refrence.Am i wondering why such a big company you are not provide any customer care no or toll free number to contact your exicutives. I am going to file a complaint agenist you in consumer form.
