Dream11 Fantasy — doesn't credited 528 rs in my bank account

I won total 528 indian rs. Then i withdraw 2 times 300 and 228 but they didn't credited in my bank account any amount.. Just cheated me.. Its mail where it is clear that they initiated my payment procedure but they didn't... I tried to contact them but i get no response at all. Pls help me to get my 528 rs. And block them in india.. I want my money back...
