Dream11 Fantasy — dream 11 adding bots in ipl contests?

Firstly, the amount of money d11 makes from contests, it spends nothing on customer support. It has crreated a chat bot which never answers any question and its almost impossible to reach out to d11 for queries and complaints. Their haptic bot functionality is full of issues and it never responds to actual queries. One is forced to select a question which makes no sense as we can get answers to all of them through their faq's. Why doesn't dream 11 have a customer support and genuine phone contact? What makes them scared if they are so much serious about fairplay? Does d11 care about its users or is it just interested in minting money through commission and fake team entries?

Now, there's always been a doubt about how these fantasy sports companies like dream 11 operate. We all read on their site that dream 11 values fairplay but no one knows how they evaluate fair play. If someone does voilate fairplay, why isn't the money distributed amongst the non voilating members of the contest as dream 11 already makes enough money out of the commission. There is hardly any doubt that there are fake entries both by dream 11 and users creating multiple accounts to generate every possible combination to win contests. If i have to believe in dream11, i would like more transparency as no one ever comes to know how randomly named teams with least playing history win biggest prizes. As a genuine user, i have ended up either losing or getting back what i invested. I have abided by fair play rules and i know thats how it should be.

Recently, dream 11 changed their locking period policy. They cited a few games to support their change of policy but how does that guarantee that fair play isn't getting violated? All i can say that the rule was changed to make d11 more comfortable in winning big ipl contests as that allows them to create teams with 22 players and they have the system and resources to do so. Why is the policy not transparent to users. Why are team pdf's downloading 10 - 20 mins after the contest starts? Is it not possible that even though the contest are locked, the teams are being entered from backed and when that process is completed, the pdf becomes available. Well, this whole business is making fool of common people.

My issues with dream 14 are:
1: what is being done to make system more transparent? Since the pdf's are getting generated after the match has started, there is hardly any transparency left
2: why are the accounts named with dream in their name? See screenshot. Which person in ur database registered with the name dream? How do you identify if the person is genuine?
3: why has kyc been halted unless one wins 200. How would you know if the winner is real unless you validate and verify their name as per documents? Is that a way to make sure you earn their money and later block them calling fake and confiscate that money as well. Blocking is the right thing but you are opening a way for cheating. Isn't it?
4: why isn't a pdf mailed to every account instead of asking the user to download the same?
4: when a winners money is confiscated, why isn't it displayed on the contest leaderboard? Why is that info withheld?
5: what is being done to make sure there is a proper customer support instead of a malfunctioning bot that solves 0 issues via chat?
6: how would one know if d11 is actually genuine and does not enter its own teams in contests? One cannot rely on mere articles to be assured of the fact there are no malpractices or insider job going on in dream 11.

Updated by AnkushT06 Dream 11 is yet to respond. May be I have asked way too much and they probably don't have answers to the questions to them. A shady business will always duck such questions and if Dream 11 is not a shady business, it would be good if they come forward and answer the questions. May be they are busy preparing for tomorrow's game where they can fill contests at the last moment. Dream 11 mark my words.. I will not let you guys make fool of common people. I have been noticing how you are filling contests. Today I witnessed it with out joining how a 50lakh contest which had only 17k spots filled till 7:56pm got completely filled in the next 4 minutes. You guys are defrauding people and your time to pay is near. If you are not hiding anything and whatever I am saying is untrue then answer the questions. You think people don't notice and you guys will continue to make money by cheating people. Well you are absolutely wrong..Better come clean or wait for the consequences.

Updated by AnkushT06 Btw.. Tomorrow, I will be recording the contests that fill up so quickly. I know how this whole UI thing works.. Showing the progress bar as full does not necessarily mean that the contest is filled. What happens at the backend and why the PDF is available after 20 mins makes the difference. Its pure cheating. You guys know it and you do it. That's the reason you have stopped people from doing KYC until they earn 200 because, most of the bot teams have no kyc and if they win you don't have to pay anyone as there is no one to claim it. If they lose, doesn't matter. Its like heads you win and tails I lose. Great work.. Cons of the century.

1: Sign Up( Mandatory to play) No issues with this method. Its global across websites.
Problems start here onwards
2: Verify email - what if you don't. You can't withdraw. Dream 11 bits don't need to verfify emails as the money is always going to be with dream 11 if that bot team wins a contest. Moreover, they might have a system in place that allows dummy emails which are not linked to email service providers like Google Yahoo etc.The reason to support dummy email argument is that Google Yahoo etc ask users to link mobile numbers with email addresses when they notice that multiple emails are being created from same IP address. I am sure D11 has enough such resources to create multiple emails but they don't have enough mobile numbers so they allow inhouse dummy email addresses that needs no verification as they are meant for testing purpose and termed as test data. Genuine users get some cash bonus when they verify email but D11 bots obviously do not need it to join contests.
2: Mobile number: like I said about email, the same isn't true for a mobile number. You can add money and play even if your mobile number is not verified. Who benefits from this? Of course Dream 11 as they don't have mobile numbers for every bot account they have. Plus they don't need cash bonus. Simple.
Bank account and Kyc: If you don't add ur bank account and pan card, u can't withdraw money. Do Dream 11 bots need to meet this criteria. No. Because, whatever dream 11 bots win stays with dream 11 interms of money they made by making genuine users join the contest. They get commissions plus the winners prize if the bot team wins. That means if a bot entry wins, they are not supposed to pay anything to anyone.

All this has been happening for years since D11's inception. People think they will win but they wont. They will never. Only if you are lucky enough that you are able to defeat lakhs of bot entries, then you might win. Its pure permutations and combinations and no genuine user who gets only 6 shots in one contest will ever finish at the top unless the person is luckiest because the bots are created by machine and logic which has a sample set to select team of 11. Just imagine if they enter even 10% of the teams in a contest which has 21laks entries, who do you think will win? Of course Dream 11 bots who have no bank accounts no real identity.

Updated by AnkushT06 Upadte related to Mobile Number: A typo.. U need to verify ur mobile number to complete signup. But D11 bots do not need to go through that process.. I have ranted enough and its not coz I am not winning big nut its due to the transparency and untrustworthiness. I have been able to withdraw some money whenever I think I have crossed 200 but I am sure until the system is made 100% transparent to end users, there will always be doubts in the mind of genuine users. I only hope that I along with many users aren't being taken for a ride by D11. If all I speculated is false, I will be happiest as I am myself from a technical field and I don't want technology to become a tool of cheating people.

Updated by AnkushT06 I suppose my complaint and things I pointed out are heading in the right direction. I have noticed that D11 just started Hall of Fame feature which allows users to view at least some detail about the winners. There's still a lot that needs to be done. I am all support for D11 if they take more steps to make the system as transparent as possible.

Updated by AnkushT06 In a single contest alone, I have found so many teams.. Either these are people playing with multiple accounts or these are dream 11 bots. Just tell me, how difficult is it to stop multiple accounts? I mean, in a world where authentication is not a problem D11 has been misusing the platform to make money either by deployment of its own teams or allowing people to create multiple teams. The equation is simple, people will create dummy entries and later do their KYC if they win from one of the accounts. If that's now true then its D11 that's adding its teams to the contest.

Updated by AnkushT06 Consumer complaint body please note..Dream 11 has yet not responded to my complaints. Also, with the amount of proofs I have added, there needs to be an investigation. Why are someone team names staring with the word DREAM. As per my understanding DREAM 11 auto generates the team names based on the user's first name. If someone is adding DREAM in their first name, how is the user categorized into a genuine user without any proof?

Updated by AnkushT06 Any Update Dear Dream 11? Has been months and I haven't got the answer where you boast about your fair play. I mean if there isn't anything fishy, why just don't shut me up by one answer. I am sure that all the sponsorship money that was apent in IPL has now been recovered by the contests and now from.World Cup matches. HONESTLY SPEAKING I am not a powerful person to even challenge the might of wealthiest people who run the buainess at ur end .But the law is migthiest.Answer my questions and put an end to all the speculations.
