Dream11 Fantasy — dream11 deducted money but its says contest is not joined

I joined rs 75 contest- 50 teams 25 winners for chelsea vs Southampton on Dream11. I got the confirmation of joining the contest but now when i check it says no contest joined. Am i a part of the contest or this a bug in the app? Please resolve the issue and get the entry fee added back to my winnings.

Hello my money was deducted for fair play violation but how I don't know. 600 rupees were deducted please help me and reply.

From yesterday evening onwards their is issue while joining the contest in dream 11. Amount gets deducted from the account but contest is unable to join, it's shows "something went wrong" pop-up toast. Is their any technical glitch in the app. please let us know.

I have 4 teams for IN-L vs SA-L.
I joined 35 rs contest.
1st time 140 deducted but no contest joined.
Second time tried, 140 deducted again but no contest joined. Please return my money asap.
