[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — I am complaining about my dream11 account suspension. | |||||
Hello sir, My name is chaitanya nikam, my registered emailid is [protected]@gmail.com. On 25th of sep my dream 11 account got suspended, when i approached dream11 for the reason they said it is an case of multi case. At that point of time my pan was verified but bank details were not verified. I was having the suspended account logged in my device. I updated the bank details for verification but it failed stating the same reason (Screenshot attached) multi case id related to chiragn. Than again i sended the mail to helpdesk and got it sorted out and my bank details were also verified. Now my pan details are verified, my bank details are also verified, after that i got a mail from helpdesk and they asked me to send the bank statement so that they can check and activate my account but yet they are not activating the account neither they are giving reply to me. (Even added rs. 15 in my suspended account) the main important thing on 1st oct i sended an withdrawal request of rs.201 from the suspended account which was successful and i received the amount on 3rdoct in my bank account. (Bank statement attached) Now help me to get my account activated as my withdrawal was also successful which states that there is nothing wrong with my dream11 account but yet there are not activating my account. Now more than 10 days have passed for the successful withdrawal but dont know why they are not activating my account. Their last reply which i got was rubbish, they were saying i have not sended the statement to them. They said once my identity is established they will activate my account but i have already sended them the statement on 30oct and on the same date my bank verification was successful and then i placed the withdrawal request which was successful. I am getting an feeling that they are playing with the customer and not helping me, they are literally harressing. I am also having winning balance of 2300 in my dream11 account. Now i have even logged out from the device so cant place the withdrawal request. (As my withdrawal of 201 was successful i know that these one would also been successful because my account is genuine) Please help me to get the issue solved as soon as possible. This feb 12th When i add balance to dream 11 account that time that money is debited to from my account and that money is not add in dream 11 account balance but Still not Re credited to my account
