Dream11 Fantasy — I have uploaded all my bank passbook 3 times but it still says "unable to see few details like name, ifsc code etc.

Hi friends,

My name is Jaison Joseph Kunnel, my ID's nickname is Ghostridersky.

I have been trying to verify my bank account since past 3 weeks now bit getting the same error as mentioned in the complaint subject.

What is that they don't see, my SCAN of my passbook is very clear.

What do they need, so that I can provide it.

The message just says, your document has something which is unclear... Maybe my name, a/c number, ifsc code. Grrrr.

Its my passbook I uploaded, it has all details crystal clear.

Please help me to understand what is that they need from me. :-((((((.
