Dream11 Fantasy — Legal Confirmation

I played fantacy cricket in dream11. My axis bank account freezed due to made a transaction for dream11. I sent a more than 6 mails to dream11 helpdesk from my registered email id for clarification. It happened dec 2021, still I didn't get any response from helpdesk.

Atleast can you respond here?

Is Dream11 transaction legal or illegal in tamilnadu?

Can I transfer winning amount from dream11 to bank account without any issue with from bank?
