Dream11 Fantasy — money deducted by making allegation of fair play violation

1390 rs deducted without any reason... I requested you to refund my money otherwise i have to complain about yoyr fraud beore upper authority
Sir not only my withdraw cancel, dream 11 cut my rs 1390 also what is the policy behind imposing penalty upon me.. I am an advocate and want to know under which section you impose approx. 70% penalty upon me.
On 15th aug 2019 when i deposite amount 300 on dream 11 then they had not make any allegation of fair play that menas at that time am fair and today when i try to withdraw my amount then am unfair.
