Dream11 Fantasy — one user can make more than 1 team in a same contest

Hi, i played dream11 fantasy last day ban vs india match, if i creat 2 team and play in same contest they are asking which team you want to participate in. But yesterday i download full team and check one user raghav2786 is creat 4 teams in a single contest, how can its possible, and his team raghav2786 (T4) is own the first prize. I think this is cheating how can its possible. If i have 3 or 4 mobile i can also make 3 or 4 teams? For verification you are asking pancard then why you can change user id is pancard number (If its against govt rule you can identify every user who can creat multiple team in a single contest can easily remove all there team via pannumber). And also i check more users creat mor than 5 or 8 team in a single contest.
