I played on dream 11 and had anew account, I played a league and won 94, 000, I bymistakenly uploaded my old PAN CARD with my before marriage name and added my account no. With my after marriage name, now they are not letting me change my PAN CARD with my after marriage name and letting me withdraw my hard earned money with a lot of effort and time, anyone can make a mistake while uploading their documents. My PAN Card no. Will remain the same they just need to change my name I am providing various proof of documents but they are sending me automated messages, honestly this is a wrong practice and they should at least see my proof and release my funds, at least for sake of humanity.
