[Resolved]  Dream11 Fantasy — payment failed during add money in wallet and not refund as your policy, dream11 is fraud

On 2nd feb i have tried to add money 2 times in dream11 fantasy amount of 1200rs. And 1600rs.
Got Refunded at 1600Rs. But 1200Rs is till stucked
Both payments was failed but money deducted from my account. At same time got notifications of "money will be refunded in 2-3 business days " but after 3 days still not got the my money
Dream11 Fantasy is like frauds
I need refund of my money and also compensation of may money which take it
