[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — referral rewards | |||
I have lodged complaint with dream 11 as the cash bonus are not credited vide complaint ticket no. #287233. Still i have not received my cashback and my complaint is still not been resolved although it is over 48 hours. There is no communication has been refeived from dream 11 team also. There are no specific customer care team also to contact dream 11. My cash bonuses are pending for over 3 days now. They have flagged the complaint as low priority as they dont have to resolve the issue. Hence requesting your intervention. Was this information helpful? | |||
