Sir i played a contest with my friend.in which the winning amount is 1680. The joining fees is 988.5. That means they taken 297 as fees.in this contest i won and 1680 rs has been credited. But the money is debited as fair play violation. Sir i have sent many mails to customer service representatives in that mails i have clearly mentioned that he joined the contest with his own money (Not cash bonus or winning amount) and i joined with my winning amount. So there is no intension of violation of rules. If that was my intention i have to loose my game but that's not my intention. I have won the match fairly. But without proper reason they taken away my money. Sir please tell me how to bring back my money.

Updated by vardhan58 Please any one tell me that is adding money and joining directly in private contest is a fairplay violation.if not then why the dream11 taken my money.

I just joined a contest in last few seconds .. It wasn't even filled for 50% of the size till the last second when I refreshed... But after the deadline the contest was filled... This is a serious issue and they're being fraud since many years
