[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — withdrawal amount not credited to my account

I requested to withdraw 353 RS which i won during IPL season.

Its been almost more than 6 days that amount is not credited.

Its showing received date as 9 July 2018, but amount is not yet credited to my account.

I dont know whats the issue wit this application.

Need to confirm whether there is any fraud happened

Please do the needful to get my amount back.

My winning rank 14919 and given winning amount rs. 22.45 actual amount as per rules rs.26 under 15000 rank
Amount given only 22.45 so please given proper amount as per rules

Verified Support

If there is a tie between a multiple winner contests for any position, the prize money for the winner's position and the immediately next winning position (if any), and so forth in line with the number of tied winners, will be aggregated and shared equally among the tied winners. All other prize money will remain as per the winner's standing.
